We offer free returns or refunds within 30 days of receiving the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher, a different product, or a direct refund on the original payment method.

That’s a shame! In the event of damaged or wrong products received, we will require photo proof of the affected item and your ORDER ID for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the order to you at no cost.

First of all, we are sorry. Unfortunately, missing and delayed shipments happen sometimes.

If at least 10 business days have already passed, please contact us right away. We will try to locate it with our shipping carrier, and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll resend it to you at no cost.

Please, contact us as soon as possible. Tell us the correct shipping information and, if we haven’t shipped your order already, we will modify it.

You need to consider two things: one, the production time and two, the delivery time.

We print and ship from Monday to Friday.
If you order something on Friday, it will be printed the next Monday or Tuesday (this depends on how many orders are in queue).

If you have ordered a Wall Art product, this will probably take a little longer to be printed and shipped (up to 5 working days).

Shipping fees vary depending on your shipping address, how many products you buy and what products you buy.
We rely on different print providers with different shipping methods and fees. You’ll get an exact estimate during the checkout process.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to change it if you need.

Yes, you can change your order if you contact us before we start processing and printing it. Also, you can easily cancel a PayPal payment that is in a pending or unclaimed status. These payments will have a status of “Unclaimed” and will show in the “Pending” section of your PayPal account.

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5-8 business days
EU: 3-10 business days
International: 10-20 business days

We have a Flat and Express Rate. You’ll get an exact extimate of the shipping fee for the products you added to your cart during the checkout process.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on orders shipped from USA to EU/Worldwide. You’ll be notified during checkout if that’s the case.

This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

For now, we do not ship our Apparels products to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

However, when you place your order online with us, PayPal puts it in a pending or unclaimed status. These payments will have a status of “Unclaimed” and will show in the “Pending” section of your PayPal account.

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. 

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t take into consideration the DTG printing process.

Upon arrival, your brand new T-Shirt may stink.

Extra residue and any strange odors are caused by the process used to print the design. Washing your new tee in cold water and hanging it to dry should do the trick.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t
be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Get it right!

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
