GGeeky was born of two guys’ passion for everything nerdy and geeky and artsy. We love video games, anime, movies, tv-series, and every pop-cultural event/phenomenon that fills our lives with joy and excitement.
We celebrate artists’ creativity through our portal, spreading handmade art (or better, computer-made) to all our users who share our same passion. We’re just here to nerdify your lives and to valorize the beautiful artists’ work.
Sounds fun, uh? Unfortunately, we also need to establish and make clear some rules – as such, entering this site you declare to accept what follows.
GGeeky respects your privacy and that’s why we will never give your personal information to third parties (except the shipping company to deliver your order – and the payment ones – PayPal or Stripe).
Anyway we want to make it clear: we are very sensible concerning personal data and we can guarantee we will never sell anything about our users’ data.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, GGEEKY and/or its licensors/artists own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- publishing any Website material in any other media;
- selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
- using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
- using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
- using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or any person or business entity;
- engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website;
- using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing.
Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being access by you and GGEEKY may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.
Reports and Complaints
We do care about the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our artists to do the same.
If your content has been used in a way that infringes your rights, please notify us as soon as possible. Send us an email [email protected], including the following important information:
1. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the relevant matter;
2. a description of the matter claimed to have been infringed;
3. an URL where the claimed infringing content is located on our site.
4. your address, number, and email address;
5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that:
a. the above information is accurate; and
b. you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the rights involved.
To live peacefully and have a great experience here on GGeeky, users that want to join discussions with our community must follow some basic rules based on good sense.
Discriminations, racism, or any kind of offense won’t be tolerated, just as submitting pornographic, inciting hatred, or breaking law images. GGeeky staff reserves the right to delete every comment or image that doesn’t follow the guidelines above and, if reiterated, suspend the account.
PAYMENTS & SHIPPING
To buy something, registrations isn’t required.
Once you place an order, you have 30 minutes to cancel it, if needed. After that time, cancellations won’t be guaranteed.
It’s our client responsibility to verify during checkout if shipping information provided is correct. GGeeky won’t be responsible if the product is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, so be sure to double-check before submitting the order.
We can ship all over the world. Price may vary depending on where we ship, how many products, and if you want to track your order.
We usually deliver in 3-10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service you selected.
Our top priority is to get things right and to have you satisfied with your order. That’s why if we made a mistake with your order or if you’re not 100% happy with our products, we will fix that. Whatever it takes. Just reach out to our Customer Support.
RETURN, REFUNDS & LIFETIME GUARANTEE
We do want to offer you the best product and most efficient service, but not always things go as planned. We’re only human after all.
That’s why we offer a lifetime guarantee for some of our products. If needed, you can ask for a reprint of your order. This warranty covers damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or non-commercial use.
Any accidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this and other guarantees contained herein.
Products covered by our Lifetime Guarantee: Phone Cases, Wood & Canvas Prints, CLICKITs & Mouse Pads. Pillows are NOT lifetime guaranteed.
We also offer free returns or refunds within 30 days of receiving the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher, a different product, or a direct refund on the original payment method.
We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must not show visible signs of use
To initiate a return, a refund, or reprint of your order, please email us [email protected], your order id, name, and tell us how you’d like to proceed.
Keep in mind that the shipping costs will be at your expense.
